After two years at a German radio station, Eric-Jan Krausch joined Deutsche Telekom in 2009 to specialize in marketing and digital technologies as part of the product and innovation team. Between 2011 and 2015 he advised companies and agencies in the field of strategic and creative marketing as an independent consultant. During this time, he specialized in eye-tracking studies for product design and usability research for international clients such as McDonalds, HP, Mars and PnG. Before founding Acomodeo, he was a board consultant for a medium-sized agency, where he oversaw the restructuring of this agency and various online-related projects.
After his BA studies in Mannheim in music business with the focus on "Digital Innovation Management" and his part-time executive Master in "Digital Pioneering" (Friedrichshafen/Cambridge), he founded Acomodeo in 2015 with his former roommate. Since then Eric-Jan Krausch has been managing director and shareholder of the company.
